Refund Policy

At Left Coast Supply, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. We gladly offer refunds and accept returns for defective or damaged items, as well as if the wrong item is received.


Returns

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Important: For products made by our third-party local artists, returns will not be accepted after 30 days from receipt of the item, no exceptions.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange, contact us through our contact page with your order details. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.


Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
